Spaceship is an Australian micro-investing and superannuation company that aims to provide easy-to-use investment options for people of all ages and backgrounds. However, some users have experienced issues with the existing app, particularly in regards to identifying costs, making withdrawals, and managing investments, which can cause frustration and difficulties when it comes to calculating taxes. In this case study, we'll explore how these problems were addressed and resolved.
