Overview

A large-scale UX and research engagement was delivered for Orica’s global website. As Lead UX Designer at Deloitte Digital, the work focused on improving usability, aligning the experience with user needs, and creating a more cohesive and scalable design system across the platform.

The initiative aimed to modernise the digital experience while supporting a diverse set of users, including customers, investors, and industry stakeholders.
